Step Two:
Build
Once the design phase is completed, our exceptionally talented craftsmen begin manufacturing the cabinets in our shop in Hingham, MA. Our cabinets are meticulously made-to-order, ensuring that all measurements are precise.
Our high-quality furniture-grade cabinetry is not mass-produced on an assembly line, but instead is meticulously crafted by hand, ensuring that each piece is tailored to perfection. We prioritize long runs instead of individual boxes to minimize seams, and often lay out the final plan full-scale to ensure the perfect fit.
Manufacturing is the most exciting part of the project for many of our clients. During the duration of your project, we invite you to visit our shop to see your cabinets being crafted in real-time.
Step Three:
Install
Through thousands of installations, we stand by the importance of never separating design from the building and installation process. Keeping these elements interconnected ensures a cohesive approach that enhances our work's overall success and quality.
